"The Week That Reveals the Ages!", pt.1

What if the creation week reveals more than the beginning of the world? In this message from our series “The Jubilee of Jubilees,” Pastor John explores the biblical pattern of the six days of labor followed by a seventh day of rest in Genesis 1:1–2:3. Through the sovereignty of God, the sequence of creation, the significance of mankind, and the Sabbath of God's blessing, we consider how the creation account foreshadows God's redemptive plan and the ultimate restoration of all things through Jesus Christ.

Could the six days of creation provide a prophetic picture of 6,000 years of human history, followed by the 1,000-year reign of Christ and our eternal state? Examining 2 Peter 3:8, Psalm 90:4, Leviticus 25, and other Scriptures, we consider this prophetic framework while recognizing that the exact timing of God's plan has not been revealed.

The central message is this: God is sovereign over the beginning, purposeful in His work, and faithful to bring His redemptive purposes to completion. Sin and death will not have the final word—Jesus Christ will!
